Beautiful Boy

Mommers snapped this photo with her phone at the park. Mommy's new favorite.

Preschool

Our nanny had to unexpectedly leave to care for her father who was very ill. With only a short time left in the school year, Mommy and Daddy decided to forego another nanny search and Logan has been going to the 2-year-old class at Mommy's school.

It was a tough transition for the first week, but since then he's been having a blast. He loves hanging his projects on the fridge and stays awake at nap time singing songs he's learned and babbling about his friends and teachers.

 Logan's first day of school.

Logan's first school project. A whale hat for ocean week.

Sickos

Mommy and Logan got hit with a bug that wiped them both out for a week.
Not so fun, but at least we had each other.

Getting cozy. The longest Logan's ever been on the couch. Ever.

Done and done. We spent all of Thursday like this.

Holy smokes! We're upright!

Logan's First Haircut

Yes. Finally. Now stop buggin' me :-)

Logan's First International Travel: Paris

In April, Daddy went to Paris for work. Mommy and Logan decided to tag along. It was cold and rainy a lot of the time, but if you're going to freeze, it might as well be in Paris!

Mommy had all kinds of activities packed for the flight, but Logan decided to
sleep the whole way - to AND from Paris. Phew!
Buckle up for safety!

While Daddy was in meetings one afternoon, Mommy and Logan wandered off
and found a huge playground with a great view.

Did we mention it was rainy and FREEZING???
We walked to lots of museums and the aquarium.

Daddy had some important dinners with important people at fancy restaurants.
He was brave and invited Logan and Mommy. Logan was a little champ and rallied through 3-hour dinners
with amazing patience and manners. Everyone was so impressed. Another phew!

Little man had some sleeping to do after each big day.

Poor Smokey...

Everything Grows

In March, Logan helped Mommy and Daddy plant the garden. His favorite part was finding
worms, ants, and roly polies in the freshly dug dirt. Now he's reaping the benefits of his labor and
can't get enough of the peas that are ready to harvest.
